Reggae Rajahs are India’s first reggae sound system.

Mohammed plus Diggy Dang, Mr. Herbalist make up the iconic trio. Mohammed AKA DJ Mocity is also known as Iraq’s first soundboy.

Coming together for their love of reggae music in New Delhi in early 2009, the Rajahs have been introducing the Indian masses to an eclectic mix of roots reggae, dub, lovers rock, ska and dancehall.

Reggae Rajahs have performed with a number of established international artists such as Apache Indian (UK), Mr. Williamz (UK), Brother Culture (UK), Soom T (UK), Mungo’s HI Fi (UK), Deadly Dragon Sound System (USA), IllBilly Hitec & Longfingah (Germany), Steppa Style (Russia), Blessed Love Sound System (Germany), Graeme Hamilton (ex-UB40), Supa Bassie & Sargento Garcia (Spain), Subatomic Sound (USA) and Heartical Sound (France).

In 2016, Reggae Rajahs launched the very first Goa Sunsplash, India’s largest celebration of roots and reggae culture. The festival continues to sell out each year.
