Mohammed Abood aka DJ MoCity wears many hats and inhabits many worlds. 

Raised in India’s capital with proud Iraqi heritage, Mohammed Abood is first and foremost a global music entrepreneur. His passion for entrepreneurship and networking in music has seen him lay crucial groundwork in Dubai, Istanbul, Europe and beyond.

Much of Mohammed’s work is dedicated to, and indeed already demonstrates, that the future global music icons of tomorrow won’t come from just the developed world, but could arise out of anywhere the seeds of inspiration have been sown. 

Mohammed himself will be there to guide blossoming talent and ideas into the light.

From promoting and organising tours for the likes of Disclosure, Skepta, Soulection, The Prodigy and Mad Professor, to curating sold-out festivals and unforgettable party experiences. From presenting a live series with MTV to powerful content creation, Mohammed has worked tirelessly on partnerships with the likes of Levi’s, Budweiser, Dropbox, Absolut Vodka, Boiler Room, Fred Perry, Corona, Jameson, Ralph Lauren, Uniqlo & more.
